One bite: The Taste ~ Two bites: The Love
Two-Bites is an independent restaurant review blog. I am a professionally trained Chef and Restauranteur. My education spans from being a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in NY, pastry training in Austria, 5 Star Hotels, privately owned restaurants and Restaurant dinning room service and management. I have lived in 4 different countries and traveled extensively, eating everywhere along the way. As many in the business know, this profession takes a toll on your body, for this reason I am venturing into a new avenue that utilizes my knowledge in this industry. I still enjoy cooking but what I love more now is going out to new and established restaurants. I am not an English Major or a Journalist by profession, I just wish to share my thoughts and dining experiences from a Chef’s point of view.
Most of my reviews will be the result of a dinning experience with my husband, it is a pastime we both enjoy on a sunny Saturday afternoon. If we have had an exceptionally bad time at a location we will return again to be sure it was not an off day as we all have. Some we have eaten at many times already to compare against.
